During the period covering June 2023 to January 2025, bicom was mandated by Hilo, Hydro-Québec’s subsidiary, to carry out public relations campaigns through influencer marketing, with the aim of promoting its smart home services while increasing the brand’s visibility on social media.

As part of this mandate, bicom took charge of influencer research for content creation, approaching and negotiating contracts, and content briefing and review (concepts, images, videos). bicom secured 30 paid partnerships with content creators during the mandate.
