In March 2025, to highlight the launch of four new products in its BORÉAL skincare line, Strøm Nordic Spa mandated bicom to help orchestrate an immersive and intimate event in Mont-Saint-Hilaire, bringing together beauty and lifestyle content creators. bicom also coordinated creative mailers to maximize the campaign’s reach.

During the event, guests participated in a skincare workshop and a guided meditation. They were also invited to enjoy the spa facilities at the end of the event.

For this mandate, bicom did the following actions:

  • Strategic advice during event planning to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction, as well as coordinating creative mailers.
  • Creation of the influencer guestlist and coordination of invitations and mailing packages.
  • Team presence on-site to assist with venue setup and welcoming guests.
