Centered around the theme of “breaking up with breakage and bonding with besties,” the experience featured Instagram-worthy moments like lavish florals, branded backdrops, themed desserts, and interactive stations.
Guests enjoyed personalized hair therapy sessions with Matrix stylists to explore the Build-a-Bond and Food for Soft lines, spilled secrets in the breakup confessional booth, wrote love letters to themselves (to be delivered later with a refill), and danced the night away to a breakup/empowerment-themed playlist. A brand address further connected creators to Matrix’s values, leaving them with a renewed perception of the brand as the fun and playful haircare line for consumers and professionals.
