The event welcomed around fifty creators and media guests for a lively, golf-themed experience. Attendees explored an immersive six-hole mini golf course spanning both levels of the store, including a temporary course on the terrace, all set against a vibrant summer backdrop.
For this mandate, bicom did the following actions:
- Organization and conceptualization of the event to raise awareness around the brand by inviting relevant content creators and media.
- Coordination of the event, before and during, including installing the mini-golf, creating the six-hole course, managing the DJ, photographer, videographer, and more.
- Coordination of the RSVPs. Guest management on-site.
