bicom was founded in 2006 under the impetus and complementarity of Marie-Noelle Hamelin and Vicky Boudreau, two great friends endowed with a formidable flair and a shared vision of shaking up conventions.
Their ambition? To redefine and evolve the way brands tell their story in order to propel them further, stronger and above all more impactfully.

First office on De Gaspé, Mile End, Montreal: the adventure begins.
Team growth:Two major hires expand our team roster and client capabilities.
New headquarters: Move to Casgrain Street; making room for big ideas.
Launch of our events department, creating memorable brand experiences.
Toronto office opens: bicom becomes pan-Canadian.

For 20 years, she has remained firmly at the helm and hasn’t lost any of her drive; she still says yes to everything and adapts like few others can, turning every turn into a new trajectory. Always on the lookout for new ideas and ways of doing things that will soon become the norm, she sees what’s coming… before anyone else. Brilliant, visionary and determined, she knows exactly where she is going and brings her whole team along with her. With a foot on both sides of the Atlantic, and at the head of the Paris office, she confidently oversees our innovation projects and instills in bicom that avant-garde touch that makes all the difference.
Polina Lichagina
Polina is our rock.
Disciplined, competitive, and incredibly rigorous, she makes everything possible, all the time, and transforms every objective into a success. The driving force behind the opening of the Toronto office, she is at the heart of bicom’s operations and never aims for, nor achieves, anything less than excellence. Solid, consistent, and remarkably efficient, she is fluent in three languages and juggles a multitude of projects simultaneously without losing momentum.
