bicom was mandated to organize an event with traditional and digital short-form media and content creators from the Greater Toronto Area to raise brand visibility and connect with attendees.

For this mandate, bicom took the following actions:

  • Organization of a media and influencer event in Toronto during the first week of November to support the launch of the new holiday collection,
  • Inviting media and influencers to the event, management of RSVPs,
  • Follow-up on production of event elements (catering, decor, ambiance, etc.)
  • Distribution of newsletter to press list and personalized follow-up to ensure media coverage.
